We pride ourselves in the quality of our products. We feel equally strongly about the quality of our service, and the quality of our relationships. We treat every product returned for after sales service or re-batterying as if it were our own. Each is thoroughly inspected to determine exactly what is required. After completion of service or re-batterying, we thoroughly test each product and return a unit that functions just as it did when it first came out of the box.

Customer friendliness is a source of great pride for us. Competent service and prompt turnaround are high company priorities. And since we have had over twenty-five years experience in the design and manufacture of our products, nobody is more qualified to look after them than we at the factory.

If you are in need of assistance, then provide us with as much detailed information as possible to facilitate prompt and efficient follow-up on our enquiries page. Likewise, customers are invited to forward detailed questions for technical assistance .

Inventory

Our large inventory of new parts ensures we can provide quick and professional service. If we don't have what is needed, we make every effort to locate and expedite its procurement.
